French Onion-Pork Chop Skillet

Makes: 6 servings

  • 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz. ) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1-1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chops and onions; cook 10 min. or until done (160°F), turning chops and stirring onions after 5 min. Remove chops. Cook and stir onions 5 min. or until golden brown.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Return chops to skillet; Top with onion mixture.
  3. Mix stuffing mix and water; spoon around edge of skillet. Top with cheese; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup each

  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  2. Layer chicken, basil, cheese and stuffing in 3-qt. or 13×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy now or cover and refrigerate. To reheat, microwave each serving on HIGH 2 to 3 min.

Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  2. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 30 min.; uncover. Bake 10 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

Creamy Vegetable Bake

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 4 large carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 8 oz. sugar snap peas
  • 8 oz. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix cream cheese and milk in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended. Add Parmesan cheese and basil; stir until blended. Add vegetables; toss to coat.
  2. Spoon into greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; spoon evenly over vegetable mixture.
  3. Bake 30 min. or until heated through and stuffing is golden brown.

**Personal Review: Kraft Foods is calling this a main meal – I think this would be better classified as a side dish.  I wasn’t too impressed with it but it wasn’t horrible by any means.  Something different.**
