Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

MAKES 1 DRINK

  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  1. Using a blender, mix the boiling water, sugar and lemon peel until the sugar is dissolved, about 15 seconds. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and blend until smooth. Add the frozen strawberries and blend on high speed until slushy, about 30 seconds.
    **Tip: Garnish with crushed graham crackers**

Raspberry Fudge Smoothie

MAKES 1 DRINK

  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  1. Using a blender, mix the boiling water, chocolate chips and sugar until the chocolate is melted, about 30 seconds. Add the raspberries and sour cream and blend on high speed until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until slushy, about 15 seconds. Top with frozen raspberries.

Nut ‘N’ Honey Smoothie

MAKES 1 DRINK

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  1. Using a blender, mix the almonds, milk, peanut butter and honey on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the ice cubes and blend until slushy, about 15 seconds.
