- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped roasted red peppers
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
- Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers.
